We aspire to provide a high-end customer experience at All Purpose Landscaping. This is accomplished through our service assurance and material quality. More details on how we consistently do this for our clients may be found below.
General Landscaping in Fountain
When you engage us to take care of your landscaping, we evaluate your grade and where water will run, how the slopes will affect your usage of the yard, where a shade or sun will be for planting purposes, how a tree will cast shade, and how large it will grow in the area where it is being planted. Our staff is knowledgeable about matters such as ensuring that topsoil is placed around a new plant so that the roots may get a sip of water while yet draining appropriately. Placement of tree and shrub sizes depending on color and height contrast hardy plants for the area to make upkeep easier.
We make absolutely sure to install the fabric and overlap it when we install gravel landscapes to maintain your property as weed-free as possible. We dig out or fill in what is needed to ensure that materials are not underneath walkways or spilling over them, producing trip hazards, once the final landscaping is complete. All of this goes into a professional and properly landscaped yard, therefore it's crucial to plan out how the job will appear in the end before you start so that all the pieces fit together flawlessly.
All of our block products have a 15,000 PSI strength rating, which means you can drive a semi over them without breaking them. To ensure drainage and proper material depths, the entire subgrade is compacted and shot in with a laser. We also have a variety of sealers available for the blocks to help prevent the surface from staining.
This is the strongest patio brick we can find, provided by local vendors, and manufactured in Denver, so if there is ever a problem with the materials, we can quickly resolve it. To fill in the joints, we use a polymeric sand that hardens once activated, suppressing weeds, and keeping the sand in the joints rather than on the patio.
You may have a reputable brand in your landscape and a long-lasting system by using only rain bird sprinkler heads and valves. We use Schedule 40 PVC pipe, which is substantially thicker than conventional pipes and helps to reduce system breakage and damage. Our timers include a rain bird timer that can be used indoors or outdoors and come with a quick start guide. We also provide client training on how to use the timers. All systems are designed to provide head-to-head coverage, ensuring that no water is wasted and that all surfaces are well covered.
Systems are also estimated in gallons per minute of use, so you'll have enough water to run the dishwasher or the laundry while the system is on. Our team will adjust every sprinkler head and set the timer for you once the system is installed.
Drip systems are also intended to meet the demands of the plants for watering. Since the ammeter is located at each plant and delivers a required gallons per hour, once we set the timer for you, each plant will receive just the amount of water it requires with no over-spray or waste.
We can design your landscape so that you may see it before any work is done. These drawings are to scale and include a plan view as well as a 3D visual depiction of the areas to be landscaped. This helps most customers see what they are thinking of while also including our professional help. If you choose a 3D design, you will receive a cost proposal, as well as a printout of the 3D rendering and the plan view, as well as a final meeting with the designer to discuss any changes that are needed.
Pergolas Design
For a gorgeous finished look, all of your pergolas are created with bespoke powder coated hardware. This hardware is not only great for the aesthetic, but it's also quite robust. The pergola will be built and designed to provide the most effective shade and to complement the landscape design. We choose cedar lumber since it is inherently more resistant to the outdoors. On a case-by-case basis, depending on the scale of the application, additional woods may be utilized if necessary.
Our water features are made to order. We never use a kit, which means that your feature, whether it's a bubbling boulder or a full-fledged fishpond, will be one-of-a-kind. When choosing a water feature, there are a few things to think about. Pond-less features require far less upkeep than a pond because they simply turn on and off, eliminating the need to wipe away leaves and debris. That being said, if you want to have aquatic life, you will need a pond, and that is just part of the package.
We create plantings to suit the water feature, as well as lighting to compliment the falls and other features, so that the landscape may be enjoyed at all hours of the day and night. We will nearly always run and auto fill the pond or basin to keep it full so you don't have to haul a hose out there to keep it going when evaporation occurs.
Like our water features, we offer a specific kind of fire feature for each client. All fire pits are custom designed to match the customer's wants and area. Some are wood burning, while others are powered by gas or propane. We can install a granite top so you can sit about and entertain friends while enjoying the atmosphere of a good flame controlled by a valve. A fire glass is commonly used in these fire features, giving them a highly modern appearance.
We've created wood-burning fire pits as well as some that can be used to prepare meals, which may be a beautiful touch to any landscape. All of the materials utilized in these fire features are high-quality blocks or concrete, ensuring that they can withstand the heat and survive a long time.
